My name is Lisa Shaw. I am an Integrative counsellor. This means I use various approaches including Person Centred theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief solution Therapy, Psychodynamic theory and Systemic therapy. I like to call this a little tool kit where I will use my skills depending on your needs.

My experience consists of working alongside local organisations and within local Primary and Secondary schools. I have counselling experience with adults and young people with issues around loss, anxiety, depression, confidence, self esteem and resilience. I specialise in working with attachment with adults and young people.

I also offer parental support.

I provide both short term and long term therapy; focusing on helping you to better understand and manage the issues that challenge you and to identify and build on your strengths.

My name is Rachel and I counsel children, young people and adults. I am a qualified Youth Worker, and Integrative Counsellor.

I provide a compassionate space offering in-person sessions, remote working and also Walk and Talk Therapy. My work outdoors connects the experience of breathing, moving and being in the natural world.
