Individual Counselling

In-person counselling takes place in a safe and comfortable environment, supported by qualified and experienced counsellors.

We work in a variety of approaches which are tailored to your specific needs. Our training covers Person Centred, Integrative and Solution Focused methods.

Young People

(aged 10+)

​Counselling for children and young people is tailored to work with their developing brains and experiences. Our practice focuses on play, creative work, outdoors counselling, using materials, building relationships and working with parents and families.

Creative Therapeutic Sessions

 

These creative therapeutic sessions with a counsellor intend to provide a creative vehicle for self-expression and help you work through your struggles.

Online
Counselling/Remote Counselling

Online counselling takes place over the Internet. This could include email or via a messaging service/a secure online video platform such as ZOOM. Remote counselling includes phone calls, as well as ZOOM.
 

Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy is a healthy way to work through issues you are struggling with. Working outdoors connects the experience of breathing, moving and being in the natural world. Counselling takes the form of walking and talking.

Couples Counselling

Work on your relationship issues in a safe space where can understand your relationship patterns, build trust and improve your communication skills together.
